You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no phone-tree hoops, and no questions you have to answer to leave.
How to cancel. Cancel directly in your patient portal, or email us at support@maneuplabsrx.com from the email address on your account. Cancellations submitted by email are processed within 2 business days, and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
What cancellation does. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. You will not be billed again after the current billing period ends.
Plans billed every 3, 6, or 9 months. Your plan is billed at the start of each plan period and ships on a quarterly schedule. If you cancel mid-period:
Any shipments already dispensed by the pharmacy for your current period are not affected and are not refundable once dispensed (see the Refund Policy).
Future shipments within an already-billed period will continue as scheduled unless you ask us to stop them. If you ask us to stop a shipment that has not yet been sent to the pharmacy for dispensing, we will stop it and refund the unshipped portion of your plan.
No further billing periods will begin after you cancel.
Pending first orders. If you cancel before a clinician has reviewed your visit, or before your first order has been sent to the pharmacy, you will receive a full refund automatically. You are never charged for treatment that was never approved or dispensed.
Pausing instead. If you want to delay a shipment rather than cancel — for travel, extra supply on hand, or any other reason — contact support and we will adjust your next ship date.
