Shipping is included. Every plan ships free. The price you see is the price you pay — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout or on renewals.
Where we ship. We ship to all addresses within the United States served by our partner pharmacies. We do not ship internationally. Availability of specific medications can vary by state; if a medication cannot be dispensed to your state, you will be told before you are charged.
Who ships your order. Your medication is dispensed and shipped directly to you by a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy in discreet, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies its contents.
When your order ships.
First orders: after your clinician issues a prescription, the pharmacy typically dispenses and ships within 2–4 business days. Most patients receive their first shipment within 5–8 business days of clinician approval.
Refills: plans ship on a quarterly cycle — one shipment approximately every 90 days, each containing a 3-month supply. Refill shipments are dispensed automatically so that you do not run out between cycles.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships, and you can view tracking in your patient portal.
Address changes. Update your shipping address in the patient portal before your next dispense date. If you move to a different state, your care may need to transfer to a clinician licensed in that state — update your location in the portal and we will handle the rest. Orders already dispensed to a previous address cannot be redirected by us; contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact support@maneuplabsrx.com. Lost and damaged shipments are replaced or refunded under the Refund Policy — you will never be left without medication because of a carrier failure.
Signature and storage. Most shipments do not require a signature. Store medication as directed on its label and keep it out of reach of children.
